Omnium – Voyado Integration Overview

The Omnium and Voyado Engage integration provides a smooth solution for enhancing customer loyalty by unifying omnichannel data for seamless, personalized interactions. It enables timely, data-driven communication by combining Omnium’s order and logistics insights with Voyado’s analytics, ensuring proactive customer engagement. 

Customer Synchronization

The integration between Omnium and Voyado Engage enables flexible synchronization of customer data, ensuring Omnium’s customer types (e.g., private customers and loyalty members) align with Voyado’s contacts and members.

Receipts

Order and return receipts can be exported from Omnium to Voyado Engage for segmentation purposes. Additional product data from Omnium can also be included for enrichment.

Promotions

The Omnium-Voyado integration supports promotions (personalized offers) in Voyado Engage. It handles coupon import and redemption, allowing customers to use assigned coupons across all Omnium sales channels. 

Vouchers

Voyado accumulates bonus points from purchases and converts them into bonus checks. The integration enables the import and use of Voyado-generated bonus checks during checkout in Omnium.

Transactional Emails

The integration supports sending transactional emails via Voyado. By setting up workflow steps in Omnium, order status updates can trigger customer communication through Voyado.
