Use cases

  • Customer Attributes

    Show the customer attributes such as phone number, email, and the end-user's physical address from Voyado in Dixa.

  • Preferences

    Show preferences – shows which preferred channels (email, SMS, and postal) the customer receives marketing communications through. With this toggle, agents can unsubscribe and subscribe to marketing messages for each channel.

  • Audiences

    Show audiences – displays the groups the end-user belongs to in Voyado. An example is "Best Customers rolling 24 months."

  • Consents

    Show consents – if you have agreements between your company and the end-users, they will be displayed here.

  • Last Messages

    Show the last 5 messages – show the previous five messages sent from Voyado to the end-user. This is unrelated to messages coming from Dixa.

  • Transactions

    Show customer transactions - show the customer's transaction from the Voyado profile.
